How to login
After you have made your purchase, you will be redirected automatically to a login page. On this page you will need to click on "login". The login page will look like this:
Here you will need to fill in your username and password that you get via mail.
Once logged in you arrive at the membership page. On this membership page you can make some basic changes to your membership info like change your password. Also on this membership page you get a view for what you have signed up for and how much it cost you. (this is all the way at the bottom on the page) On the left hand side of the membership page you can find the link for the package you signed up for. If you click here you will be redirected to the calhorses2win page where you can find all your information you bought. The membership page will look like this:
As you can see I have put a red border around the link that you must click to go get your information to bet with. Click on this link and you will be automatically redirected to the information page you bought. The paid information page will look like this:
Help!!! I cant login anymore!
What should I do if I cant login anymore? I dont know what my login info is because I never had to login!
You are completely right with our membership system you usually dont have to login because we use cookie based authentication. If you do not log out but just close the browser or surf to another site the cookie with the login information will stay on your computer. That is why when you return to the member page at: www.calhorses2win.com/member/ you will not have to fill in your username and password because the cookie remembers it for you.
But if you click on the link to logout when you are on the paid information page you will be logged out. Or if you click the logout link on the information page you will be logged out, and the next time you want to use this page you will need to login again. Or if you go to the membership page and logout there also, the cookie that remembers your login info will be destroyed. That is why next time you go to the membership page on www.calhorses2win.com/member/ you will be presented a page where you will need to fill in your username and password. Also if you use a computer that you did not signup with you will be prompted for your username and password. This page looks like this:
Now you are wondering what is my username and password?
Dont panic since when you signed up with us you were mailed your username and password. Please go to your email program and retrieve this email. If for some reason you cannot find this email you can always use the lost password link on the login page. If you cannot access the email address that you signed up with anymore you can still send us an email at info@calhorses2win.com with your username and or email address you used to signup with. We will be able to find your login info and mail it to you but only if the email adress that you are mailing us with is the same email address that you used to signup with us.
After you have received you info you can login again.
You will find the last link of the menu on the left to be the link to the membership login page. Click on this and you can login again now.
You can login below the menu of the website. You will see a form where you will need to fill in your username and password.
Do this and you will be logged in.
